Q. Why do I get a login or sign up page every time my browser starts?

A. You may be getting a login or sign up page each time your browser starts for one of the following reasons:

  • I have not signed up

    You have not yet signed up for the Web Genome Project. To fix this simply sign up on the page that appears when you start your browser with a user name and password and take the short survey.

  • I may have lost my cookie

    You have lost the cookie that identifies you as logged in. To fix this simply log back in with your user name and password.

If you still have the page appear each time you start your browser please email us support@mywebdna.com and we will provide you with personal assistance as soon as we can.

Q. I've forgotten my password! How do I find it again?

A. You can click here to have instructions on resetting your password sent to your email address.
